Rise of Dead is a classic twenty payline, 5x3 video slot with an Ancient Egyptian theme, and three creative features; Gift of Gods, Mega Stacks and Ancient Spins. The game centres around the Book of Thoth, a magical text that offers the reader unlimited knowledge in Egyptian lore.

The Pharaohs are your HP symbols in this game, and the LPs are the Ace through 10 card values. Matching at least 2 HP symbols or three LP symbols along the paylines will give players a baseline win. The game uses the sacred Golden Scarab Beetle as its Wild, and this will substitute for any HP or LP symbol on the reels to help create more wins. The Scatter symbol is represented by a golden scroll and will appear on the first, third and fifth reels to activate the game’s free spin feature Ancient Spins.

Features:

The game has three main features designed to enhance the gameplay and create a more exciting session for players.

1. The first of these is the Mega Stacks feature. All reels have 12 consecutive spaces where a symbol will be chosen at random and placed in these spaces so, during the spin, they will be running through the reel, allowing a full stack of the chosen symbol to land. Any HP or LP symbol can be part of the Mega Stacks.

2. The second feature is Gift of Gods. This feature can be randomly triggered during any spin and will fill reels 1, 3 and 5 with identical Mega Stacks. The feature will be preceded by a visual animation, and then the reels will stop, in order, to heighten the anticipation of the symbols landing on the reels. Once the three reels have stopped reels, 2 and 4 will then stop to display their symbols, and any lines will pay out.There is a chance for Reels 2 and 4 to display Mega Stack symbols alongside the Gift of Gods feature, giving the opportunity for a grid full of the same symbol.

3. The final feature is Ancient Spins free spin feature, which is triggered by landing three Golden Scroll Scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5. Once triggered, the Scroll will award ten free spins, and the feature begins. During the feature, if any Golden Scrolls land on the reels, players will be awarded more free spins. 1 Scatter awards two additional free spins 2 Scatters award four additional free spins 3 Scatters award ten additional free spins There are no limits to the number of free spins that players can unlock during Ancient Spins.

During Ancient Spins HP symbols have a chance to become expanded symbols on the reels. After every spin, any HP symbols that form part of a winning line will become expanded. Firstly, all other symbols will pay out; then the HP symbols will expand and pay out any wins.

Mega Stacks are also still active during Ancient Spins, but only LP symbols will be stacked, and they will take up eight consecutive reel spaces as opposed to 12, as in the base game.

However, Wilds will also be stacked and will always appear stacked in groups of 6 or 7 on the reels during the feature.
