Our very first 8x8 grid slot! Based on the popular 19th-century tile game, Mahjong 88 is the perfect way to bring the enjoyment of a well-loved pastime into the world of slots.

As well as being our first 8x8 grid slot the game also has a unique display whereby the symbols don’t cascade onto the reels but are revealed from underneath the grid.
Players are granted a standard win by combining 4 or more matching symbols in clusters on the grid.
The game has four different Wilds each connected to one of the four seasons. During gameplay, the season the player is playing in will change, which will change the Wild they get on the reels and will also change the purpose of that Wild.

The Wilds are as follows:
Spring Wild – Added to the grid at random.
Summer Wild – Added to the grid while destroying adjacent symbols.
Autumn Wilds – Will fall down the grid while destroying some symbols.
Winter Wilds – Are sticky and never removed when part of a winning combination.

The game also contains secret ‘concealed’ tiles which, when flipped will match the symbols adjacent to it to increase the chances of creating another winning cluster. If that wasn’t enough, the game has several features that players can trigger during main gameplay for more chances to pick up bonus wins.
Fortune Frog
During a game round, each cluster that is created will add charge to the Mahjong Meter, if you can charge the meter to 33 symbols during one round it will trigger one of four Fortune Frog features:
1.Croak – One symbol on the grid is randomly chosen, and the game will pay out as if all instances of that symbol are clustered together.
2.Spawn – Will choose one symbol and change all matching symbols on the grid to another symbol.
3.Tongue – Two opposite edge symbols (top and bottom or left and right) are chosen, and all tiles between them are changed to a random symbol.
4.Hop – Will choose a random symbol and change four adjacent symbols around it to match and also destroy symbols around it.

Super Charge
Charging the on-screen meter to 88+ symbols will multiply the entire game round winnings by x5.

Season Bonus
A percentage of each regular cluster win will be added to a seasonal bonus win counter. When the season changes, in-game this bonus will be paid out to the player.
