  • Players purchase gifts for Hosts from a selection of static and animated gifts - the purchase price is deducted from their wallet in exactly the same way as a normal bet.
  • How do the Hosts reward the players?
  • The rewards system is automated and managed by the platform – Rewards are calculated on a per player’ basis and credited directly to the player’s wallet. Hosts will send players private messages via Live Chat notifying them of their reward.
  • Do I（Operator） have to contribute to the player rewards?
  • No. The rewards are derived from actual game play and do NOT affect the RTP.
  • How many Hosts are there?
  • There will be 4 Hosts for the initial launch period. This will increase to approx. 20 Hosts within the next 6 - 12 months.
  • What languages do the Hosts speak?

  • No. The games are all RNG based. The Hosts are there to enhance the product/ player experience through interacting with and entertaining the audience.
  • How many games are there?
  • We’re initially launching with one version of Fire Dice - additional games will be launched on a monthly basis thereafter.
  • Can I still play Fire Dice when there’s no Host?
  • Yes. The game is still running and a pre-recorded video will play until the Host is back live again! When there is not host available in the room, there will be a message presented to advise when the next show starts.
  • Will the Host see the game screen?
  • Yes. The Host can only see the game screen for tipping players, but cannot interfere the game.
  • What browsers are supported?
  • Certain browsers like UC and QQ unfortunately don’t work well with live broadcasting. It is recommended to play the game with Chrome or Safari.
